If you want a mechanic you can trust (and who doesn't?) then look no further. Fast, fair, and honest auto work done very well. I would recommend these guys to anyone .

Very upfront about cost and limitations (hard to find "dealer only" part) . They were excellent in their communication, very thorough, and had no hidden costs. Also, they were empathetic, which may not sound important, but it really does make a difference. These folks are "good people", as my Dad would say.

I am a bit of a shade tree mechanic and was 90% convinced I was dealing with a timing chain cover and/or oil pan gasket which on my vehicle requires engine removal! After the mechanic Pat cleaned and investigated, he felt it may just be a plugged PCV oriface. He cleaned it out and allowed me to come out in the garage and take a look. As a precaution, he put some dye in and said if I experience any other leaks next time it will be easier to find. I am BEYOND happy! $75 and on my way. Had a good discussion with one the owners as well. Having grown up in a local small business myself, I am happy to see there are still honest, local outfits out there. DEFINITELY coming back.

Had one estimate of over $800.00 from one auto repair place, took it to Absolute Auto and they replaced the sensors for just over $200.00. It would have been cheaper, but the sensor was very high priced. I would recommend them to anybody. They treat you with respect and patience.

Professional, friendly staff. The center has a nice waiting room with somethings for kids. I will definitely go back. It's a good change from the pricey, pushy dealership service centers.

Very professional, but a little pricey.

After being told by the dealership that our Infiniti needed both front & rear brakes completed (with an estimate of $1,400 + taxes), I searched for an alternative service center. I called Absolute Auto the day prior to the work being done and made an appointment for 10:00 am. Arrived just after 10:00 am today, they got the car up on the rack, pulled the tires and inspected the brakes and had me an estimate of repairs by 10:30 am. Parts were available from nearby auto parts place and they had the car finished and ready for me in about an hour or so. Final cost was exactly what they estimated, done fast and the car is ready for winter. They also have a Rewards Program and I signed up for that and plan to refer friends and neighbors to them.

Responded promptly. Gave fair quote. Allowed me to purchase/bring my own part (would only warranty the labor). Fit the appointment in quickly. Fixed the car quickly. Provided feedback on other items that could use repair without being pushy.

They were fast & very efficient...took my vehicle in right away. Since my car is old, parts are really hard to find...but the manager placed several calls to find what was needed. The price that was quoted was very reasonable. The parts were ordered one day & came in the very next day. I was dropped off at home so I wouldn't have to wait at garage, and told it would be ready by 2:30pm. The manager phoned me at 1:00, & said it was ready! ANTD...that's not the best part....the actual price I owed after all work was done, was even LESS than the quote!!! I would definately take my car back to them again...thank you Manager Joe! PS: I'm going back for new tires!

I called this company on December 23, 2014 and left a message on the voice mail for someone to please call me. On December 26, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. I just called and spoke to the manager for the day (he told me that the general manager was off who is on the voice mail). I explained to this gentleman that a mechanic that I have been going to for 25 years got angry and quit where he was working the other day. Meanwhile, I explained that I needed two oxygen sensors installed and that I had just ordered and received them. He promptly told me that they would not install parts that a customer brought in. I told him that they are brand new, I have the receipts, etc. Before I could even explain to him the type of car I have, etc. (which is why I had to get them myself), he cut me off and emphatically told me that they would not do it for warranties, etc. (It is hard to get/find parts for my car.) This would have been a good opportunity for this company because I am now looking for someone to work on my car; now that my guy has disappeared. When a company refuses to investigate the situation further, then I can assume that their business must only be interested in making money any way that they can. I will NEVER give them business as a result of this call. Incidentally, I needed to have someone put in two oxygen sensors, which I understand is not that difficult, and almost like plugging in an extension cord!

I have used this company several time and they are always reasonably priced. The service is always great as well. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Everything went smoothly--they were very professional and explained the things that needed to be done based on the maintenance (cabin air filter and fuel filter changes). They even showed me the old filters (yuck!). The cost seemed reasonable to me, although I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping. I plan to go back for future maintenance services.

Car is running much better. They couldn't solve an intermittent brake issue. They did however try a couple times and did not charge me additionally to see if they could fix it. They finally cleaned the brakes thoroughly and that did help some. Like the fact that they can do some minor body work like putting on a power side view mirror that was knocked off. Professional and honest, I felt comfortable with them and their expertise.

Excellent, work was done quickly and they had the manufacturer required brake fluid for my Subaru. Everyone at the shop was pleasant and professional.

A very simple adjustment on their part fixed problem. No charges were assessed.

They checked everything out and gave me an estimate on needed repairs. They were very thorough. They are fast, polite, they don't rush you, they take their time when explaining things, and they are honest. Joe the owner is fantastic. I have been using them for a couple years now. They don't trying giving me the run around being a woman which is very important to me.

Joe and Ed and the gang did a fantastic job on my work van. I've been using them for about a year and now my entire family goes to them. I highly recommend them and they are my mechanics.

Good wprk and great seevice.

Explained and actually showed me what the prior service provider had done wrong in their installation (trashing my rear brakes in 7 months). They did the work same day and the price for the work was 1/3 less than the prior shop for basically the same job. They also explained some road noise coming from the rear of the car that I thought was related to the brakes or a balancing issue. It turns out the tires someone sold me were not a good option for my car. They fit but absolute auto explained why they were a poor choice. I think I know where I'll be getting my next set of tires. Nice people that actually seem to care.

Brought my 13-year-old car in twice; both times the experience was tops all around. Repairs were done quickly and correctly, and they have lasted many months now. The people I've talked to on the phone and at the counter were eager to answer my questions and explain the repairs in as much detail as I cared to hear. The after-hours drop off and pick up arrangement is very useful. Labor costs are reasonable. It seems to me that they're actually interested in machinery and take satisfaction in repairing it, which strikes me as a really good sign.

Quoted a price that was 60% of dealer quote - had all the parts ready on the scheduled date - solved some sticky problems in the middle of the job (stuck idlers) - finished it one one day and for the quoted price. Saved all old parts and explained all the issues to me in plain English.

They were fantastic and the service was excellent. I never met them in person; I did everything over the phone. I wasn’t able to get down there for a couple days and they couldn’t stay that day. Joe, the owner, left the keys in the car and I used my extra set to get in the car over the weekend. I paid him over the phone using my debit card. There was no hassle and I didn’t have to wait until Monday to get my car. He called me and told me exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do and that’s what they did. They even checked out something else but they would not replace it; they wrote on the invoice that if I wanted to do it, it would cost too much but that maybe I could get it done somewhere else. It was a switch on the dash that had cracked and it needed to be replaced. When he called about the part, he would have had to get the whole unit and he wouldn’t do it. He left it up to me to decide; he didn’t just assume and go ahead and order it. I thought that was really good. They were so courteous and polite. The car was fixed in no time. I got towed in at night and the next day my car was ready to roll. The cost with labor is high everywhere. They checked my car all over and I thought they’d find a lot more wrong. They did everything and saved me a lot of money. I could have taken it somewhere else and I would have believed the mechanic and they could have raked me over the coals. These guys were honest. The car’s an older model but it’s in good shape. I’ve already told them that I’m going to bring my mom’s car in for a checkup. The place is very clean, organized, and professional-looking. They’ve got it landscaped outside and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car in there. It was just spotless. I’m looking for a car for my daughter and he gave me names of reputable people that he’s dealt with himself. That’s how nice he is. They deserve all the business they can get.

my appointment was scheduled for 9am. I thought I would have more traffic on my way there, and ended up arriving early, at 8:30am. My car was taken in right away. The A/C was refilled and now blows ice cold air. They had me on the road by 9:10am. It was amazing fast, quality service. I will definitely be returning for all my car care needs
