Samaritan Plumbing

During the first visit, we had Denton come out to a rental property to investigate some water-logged drywall outside of a tenant's shower.  We thought a pipe was leaking behind the wall.  Denton cut a small hole in the drywall, inspected the pipes, confirmed there was no leak and figured out the water was leaking out from the shower door which needed to be re-caulked.  He removed and re-installed the shower door and re-caulked it.  This took care of the problem.
When he came to our home the first time, he took care of the various jobs mentioned above, but also was very helpful with a couple other small projects I had going on which involved some plumbing.   After that first job, we then asked him to come out again to install a drain and supply lines for a washer into a closet.  It was not an easy job, but he was able to quickly figure out a way to fish some supply lines up from our basement bathroom as well as find a drain to tap into.  He was also able to do all of this with minimal drywall cutting.
During all of his work, Denton was punctual, responsive to communication, knowledgable, helpful with suggestions, honest and a very pleasant person to work with.  His day job is working for a local commercial plumbing company, but he is starting his own plumbing business to do work on the side, mostly late afternoons/evenings/weekends currently.  We met him when he bought a table saw from us at our garage sale.  He is definitely a good guy to know for plumbing work.  He knows what he is doing and is a very friendly guy.
