The only positive thing about it is that she was available nearly every time I called or texted or emailed. We moved from out of state and were in a time crunch to get moved over here. She did very good planning out all the viewings so we could pack as much into a day as possible. But any questions we had were answered with 'I don't know. Let me ask someone.' Every. single. time. For someone that had been doing this for years she didn't really have a clue. We were not fully informed about anything. The only reason we found out anything is because I asked questions. Our selling agent in Illinois helped us more on the purchase of this home than the buying agent here! I did not feel that this agent fought for us on anything. She was just going through the motions, not a negotiator by any means. This review is not a reflection on Remax as a whole, just this office. Our selling agent in Illinois was a Remax agent & it went fantastically. Good luck finding any real estate agent over here that cares. We went through 5 within 3 weeks just to have someone call or email us back.

Remax did everything quickly and appropriately. They were very professional. They made us feel comfortable.

Carmelia was awesome from day 1.  We were moving to the area, and I chose her because she appeared to be able to get us into houses in several surrounding counties.  Several months and five offers later, we finally got into a house.  She was patient with us the entire time, and always worked very hard for us.
