concrete repair
+ -1 moreDo to the fact that he did not show up for the estimate until I called back twice, I could not get a written estimate, and the prices changed when I spoke with him over the phone, I did not feel comfortable committing to Owen concrete for the job.
Description of Work: This job could have been in the 3000.00 to 3500.00 range. The first time I called for the estimate, he didn't show up. It wasn't until I called to ask why so many people in this area don't show up for estimates that he finally showed up to give me an estimate. I was prepared to give the job to Owen Concrete because I had heard he does good work, but he was reluctant to give me written quotes for the work I asked for (I wanted to see what it would cost doing it two different ways) and when I called to ask what it would cost, the quote got higher (for the same work) every time I called.
