Fast response, same day repair, great customer service

The system itself is a little pricey but now that we’ve had it for over a year I will say that it’s worth it. Last year we had a water alarm go off and we immediately got the alert on our phones. Upon inspection, the o ring on our water softener broke and it was leaking. This is in a garage utility closet and would’ve caused substantial damage before we would’ve caught it but instead we caught it literally immediately and saved us potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. 2 nights ago we realized the part of the alarm system that sends us the messages had been offline for some time. We troubleshooted and couldn’t get it working so I sent a message on the website. Not even 48 hours later and the entire thing is replaced and everything is back up and running at no cost. We are very pleased with the system as well as the customer service!

We were using wifi for our Comm Link and we lost our connection and I was unable to reconnect. I called and Ron attempted to troubleshoot the situation. I followed his instructions with no success. When I told Ron it still wasn't connecting he made a special trip to get us back up and running. Couldn't be more happy with the customer service we received.
