No problems setting up a service appointment and drop-off went smoothly. Service tech was friendly and helpful and called within two hours to report findings and estimate. Service was completed and and quot;check outand quot; went efficiently. We were pleased and will be using Arbogast again.

I purchased a new vehicle one week ago. At that time, I also purchased a Ziebart package. I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle on a Friday morning so they could perform the work while I was at my job. Since I could not get back to pick up my vehicle before 5:00pm, I had scheduled to pick up my vehicle the next morning around 8:00am. When I arrived on Friday around 8:00am to drop off my vehicle, the cashier person was already prepared with my loaner vehicle paperwork, the loaner vehicle was already inside the building waiting for me, and they had all the instructions as to work being performed and time of pick-up.When I arrived Saturday morning to pick up my vehicle, it was waiting inside the building. They had completely cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle.I have never, in the 4 years using their services, been disappointed in their work or their friendliness. This is a great place to do business, and I would highly recommend going there.
