Tech was great. Timely and performed the work quickly. I was insulted by the phone representative that spoke to me. She called me and told me that due to me being a renter they typically wouldn’t work with me. Now, mind you, she spoke to the owners before repair was made and even got a credit card number from them. They live in Florida so they trust me to handle things like this. She basically treated me like a second-class citizen and actually was correcting in nature. Thing is that we are purchasing this house and are interested in replacing the whole HVAC system within the next year. I have friends who are real estate investors, including my landlord, who own multiple houses. I’ll stick with another company that can think outside the box once in awhile.

I was very satisfy with there salesman and installation of the new furnace. Daves Services team are very customer friendly.

We got discounts for it. Our actual cost on it was $6274. It has outside temperature reading and I always wanted one of those but I did not want to spend $10000 for it. They were awesome. We had them earlier to check the furnace and that's when he said that we needed a new one. Actually it cost us $10000. Their cleanup was fantastic. They cleaned up everything really well. They came and put on their bootees on so that they would not dirty the carpet. It was early November and we had brought my husband home from the nursing home and he had lost a lot of weight and early November gets pretty chilly. They made sure that the furnace ran well for us to get enough heat. They got all the parts and everything; they came out and actually changed over the furnace. They made sure that we had heat for him and I thought that was really exceptional. After they put it in, it was making this funny noise and it was something to do with the heat pump, it clears out the frost and stuff on it. When it does that it makes stranger noise. So when I called and asked about it, he explained it to me over the phone. I thought that they were really being very responsive.

I have used them in the past. They were quick. They came out quickly. They were very helpful. I was very satisfied that they solved my problem without any fuss. And, from what I can remember it was reasonable. They were very helpful.
