Complete Detail Cleaning and Restoration

Complete detail exceeded my expectations and made our process of construction/repair of damages less stressful. We attempted to use other companies until we found out about Complete detail. They were instantly responsive, professional, and extremely kind. Our home flooded unexpectedly and we needed to be into our home immediately due to a baby on the way. Holdon was able to make changes within his personal schedule in order to accommodate to our needs. The cleaning process was quick, removal of items was quick and the mold remediation was amazing. Everything looked brand new. Our house became wet again (due to another company’s mistakes for duct work) so I called Holdon for advice. He was there the next day to fix the issue and re-dry our home. He was quick to give us further recommendations with or without his help. We mentioned difficultly finding flooring that we liked and he has us come to his shop the next day for samples. We purchased a beautiful flooring through Complete Detail. I’m addition, Any quotes that I requested were in my email that day. The cost of the Complete Detail is very reasonable and I would not use another company just to save a little money. The customer care and product of this business is well worth the money. In addition to mold remediation, we needed a new roof. Again I tried to use another company who failed to meet deadlines etc.. I called holdon and the next day a company was out to fix my roof. He helped work with this company to ensure all mold was cleaned and all bad insulation was removed. I truly can’t thank Complete Detail for that they have done and I would highly recommend them for anything needed. I wish I would have even used them for our full reconstruction from the start!

Very professional and also helped me move something out of their way!

Holdon the owner and operator of complete detail was extremely professional and easy to talk to. I made an appointment with him for my while house carpets rugs etc. Complete detail also showed me a free demo clean on my tile and grout. After he was done with the carpets they looked new again, I was so happy. I asked him if he has time to do my tile, after the demo I couldn't believe how dirty they really were. Complete detail was happy to be able to do that as well. I will definitely be calling complete detail again for all my maintenance cleaning. My neighbors seen I had a business doing cleaning and stopped over during the time complete detail was there. They were having water damage trouble and couldn't find a reliable company to help them out. Complete detail, told my neighbors he would be able to get what they needed done after his next appointment. They were so relieved, they keep telling me how much of a great job he's been doing over there. Complete detail has now been over there none stop getting the job done.
