C. Burns Sewer and Drain

This was a rental home I was told the cost would be 124.00 if toilet didn't need puled 194.00 if pulled I was charged 194.00 but the toilet is Still clogged I called them all day Friday and now all day Saturday and left 3messages text 2 times to Courtney no answer no call back

I like that they were able to go after hours because when we called we had some problems that came up at the last minute with our house that we were renovating and they came out after hours. I felt like that it was a reasonable price for them to do a double clean out on another area that we had original lead at the form. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about them. They came out after hours and got the job done.

Saturday morning, the washer is emptying and sewage is backing up into the bathtubs and toilets. No! Called Affordable Drain Cleaning and they were out here in 45 minutes. I was sure the problem was in the main sewer line to the street as this has happened before due to a large, old maple tree that sits right over the line. Curtis got to work, finished up in 20 minutes and it's not even noon! I'll definitely call again. I've used Roto Rooter in the past for the same service, and although they do a good job, they are expensive. This was affordable as reflected in the company name.

They were good. The work was good, but they didn't do much of a cleanup. Actually, the cleanup was the worst part of it. Overall it was very good and they fixed the problem well. They all seemed very knowledgeable about plumbing. It is an owner operated company. We would use them in the future if we had to have more work done.

They were doing the same job in our neighbor's house, so my husband asked them if they'd be willing to do our's as well, if they had any time -- Which they were and they did. They arrived 20 minutes after we asked them and were finished in about 10 minutes. And, so far, anyway, it is working fine!!! (Until, of course, the drain plugs up again in about 6 months!!)
