They did a great job and a very reasonable rate. The rental was in terrible shape as the tenants chain smoked.  I received several quotes and Metro was the lowest (a quarter of the price). Charles was very knowledgeable and professional.  He explained what he was going to do and did it. Charles fixed holes, sanded, primed and painted the walls and ceiling. He gave me a nice price break on the paint as well. He was always punctual and patiently answered my questions and completed the job on time. He did not contract out the work and did the work himself with his wife. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
