We've used Trenton Heating & Air for decades. Dewayne & Dale are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & competitively priced. Chris & Colt installed new furnace, a/c, water heater. Very friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Nice having a company that I can trust. I certainly recommend.

We use them all of the time. On the cost that was under a service contract I have with them, it's two years. The cost of that contract is $249, I believe.

I just live in Trenton so I figured I use somebody in the neighborhood. They were pretty good. They came back before. On the second visit when I had my furnace, they didn't charge me. I guess the price was average. I've seen them other for a hundred and some dollars. They were here when they said they would be. I think they were very, very professional.

We arrived home from a trip and discovered that our heater was not working. This was on Saturday night at around 7:30. We checked the website and it said they had 24-hour emergency service. We called at around 8:00 PM and the lady that took our call was very friendly and helpful. She said she would page their technician and he would call me back. Around 8:20 or so, we received a call. The technician did a good job explaining the price difference between an emergency call and waiting until Monday morning. Once we agreed to fix it immediately, he told us he would be there around 10:00 PM. He arrived at about 10:20 PM, and had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. He had the part with him on his truck and made the repair in around 10-15 minutes. The entire service call lasted less than 20 or 25 minutes, and the technician was very friendly and courteous. Most importantly, our heater began heating again and has been working well ever since. I have used them in the past and I would definitely use them again.

THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY HEATER QUICKLY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT FIXED QUICKLY. THE WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY AND HONEST AT ALL TIMES.

IVE USED THEM VERY MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, AND I FEEL THAT THEY ARE REALLY RELIABLE AND HONEST. I TRUST THEM NOT TO RIP ME OFF. WHEN I CALL THEM, THEY ARE USUALLY THERE THAT DAY OR THE VERY NEXT DAY.
