Mark is one of the best kept secrets in Butler County! I will be honest, he is so busy it is tough to get a hold of him initially so you need to have some patience. But he does great work and is very affordable compared to his local competition. We have a large rectangular deck that is about 12 feet off the ground so I am not comfortable working on it myself. We also have 10' diameter gazebo that we also needed cleaned and stained. Mark does a great job and we normally can get about 3 or 4 years out of one of his treatments, we have actually used him 3 times since we have lived in our current home.
