Had a 12?x22? composite deck built for my home. The project was completed in about 2 weeks, which was relatively quick. Initially, communication was good, and the work appeared solid. Unfortunately, a month issues started to appear: boards falling off, warped beams causing instability, and a floor joist that was not cut properly. I contacted Richard, and after three months, he came out to inspect the problems. He acknowledged the issues and promised to return once the weather warmed up to make the necessary repairs. I have not been unable to reach him. Text messages return an error stating: ?You have been blocked. I?m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability. After spending $17k+, I expected a professional experience and follow-up ? especially when safety and structural integrity are in question. Instead, I?ve been left with an unsafe deck and no way to contact the contractor. Now I?ll have to hire someone else to correct his mistakes, adding further cost and frustration.

Contacted them on Tuesday. They came out on Friday and prepped the deck and came out a completed the job on Saturday. Zach and his crew were friendly, courteous. Cleaned up after themselves.
