Buying a new home for your family is one of the biggest investments of your lifetime. When partnering with First Rate Inspections LLC, we will strive to make this process easier so you are able to sleep at night knowing you made the right, informed decision. We inspect the home thoroughly by walking the roof, crawling in the attic and crawl space, and inspecting every room in the home. This process usually takes 3-4 hours to perform. We then provide a detailed report about your new home, including color pictures, in a timely fashion.

Todd did an excellent job and was able to answer all of my questions. He pointed out items to me during the inspection to note as well as provided a detailed report with pictures. Based off of his experience I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Great! Will absolutely recommend Todd in the future. Todd did two inspections on a home purchase, but had major water damage. saved us thousands of dollars in the end & we were finally able to find our dream home after the third time. very detailed & walked us through the whole process.

Todd came out to the house I was looking at buying and inspected it for me. He did a very thorough job. Showed and explained cracks in the foundation/ceiling, exposed wiring in the water heater closet, and some other things. He worked around my time and he personally spent about 2 hours inspecting the house and allowed myself to show up at the end of his investigation to minimize my time away from work. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone buying a home.

The service went great! Todd was there on time in fact he was early. By the time I arrived he was already well into the inspection. He was very friendly, personable and knew a lot about his craft. The inspection went very smoothly. He pointed out some things I never knew or would have never thought to look for. He gave me some great recommendations on steps to take to improve the quality and value of my home. The inspection didn't take too long and before I knew it we were all done. I highly recommend Todd for any home inspection.

Todd found rust on a furnace blower that cost the seller $800 to repair. He also found a construction gap under shingles that were fixed. Saved us at least $2,000 in repairs. We feel good that the main issues were addressed.
