Joe installed a new backsplash in my kitchen and it looks wonderful! He helped with the tile selection to find what would look best in my kitchen and the installation went very smoothly. Joe has completed multiple projects in my home, is always professional, punctual, and completes the work in the time promised. Highly recommend and will absolutely call Joe when I’m ready for my next home project.

Joe installed ceiling fans in three rooms and repaired a sagging/cracked ceiling in my hallway. In addition to fixing the crack in the ceiling, texture on the ceiling needed removed and light fixtures replaced. Joe and his team were punctual, professional and treated my home as if it were their own. They made sure that all mess was cleaned up at the end of each day and kept me continually updated on progress and when they expected to complete the work. The projects were completed within the promised time and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Would recommend Joe to anyone that needs a reliable and honest contractor that delivers on their promises. Will definitely hire Joe again!

I am very happy that I chose 1st In Home Improvements for my mother's home renovation. Joe's estimates were fair, he was always on time, work was neat and professionally done. He helped me select supplies/materials for the job that fit within the budget, served the purpose and also looked nice. I am extremely particular when it comes to construction projects and it really gave me piece of mind to know that Joe is too. Arrived on time and completed work quickly and efficiently. There were no extras and everything was completed with no mess. They also threw in filling a hole in the foundation with concrete from previous owners.

Needed a large brick fireplace removed from family room, carpet removed and new laminate floors installed. Requested a quote for the work and Joe came out same day to do the estimate. Work was done quickly and professionally, and now I have a family room that I can actually use! Will definitely hire Joe again for other projects. He gives options and recommendations based on what will make your home function best for your needs. After working with other contractors for various projects and being disappointed with the results, it's wonderful to have found a contractor that puts the customer's needs first and delivers fantastic results!

Joe was very good at explaining different ways he could do the job how it would cost this much to do it this way and would still be good or he could do it this way, it would cost this much but would hold up longer so it would be better over the long run But he never pressured me just gave me the information so I could make the decision that worked best for me It turned out beautiful was done quickly and he was always very nice and explained things to me like a person not just some girl who doesn’t know anything I will definitely use his services in the future
