It was excellent. The people at this clinic understood about what we were going through with our previous provider. We explained that we were not happy and would like to have our dog see a vet ASAP. The clinic squeezed us in at the last minute. They were about to close, but decided to stay open to have a look at our dog who turned out to have a fungal infection. The process and medication that we needed for our dog cost us well over $400. We were very upset at this because a month ago, we had taken our dog to a well-respected veterinary hospital for his first check up. We saw the rash that was on his back and expressed our concerns to the previous vet... who simply told us that it was probably and quot;not a big deal.and quot;
As stated above, the vet and staff at this place did an excellent job and took the time to explain every last detail to us! The place may be small, but the staff is wonderful and a pleasure to work with.

Rufus is a hard dog to deal with, he has been abused twice before we got him 10 years ago and has been a real challenge, but would not give him up for the world now. Every other vet had to give Rufus a shot in order to cut his nails but this dr suggested a pill just enough to calm him and take the edge off. Last time his nails were cut, a couple of weeks ago, they spent a lot of time trying to talk with him, hug him and pet him thinking it would make him more comfortable but as I have said he is an "interesting" dog. You can imaging what having to shave his backside was like to treat a hot spot but again they were great. Thanks for the good job done, you are highly recommended by our family.

They're very responsive to any questions, compassionate and very good in walking us through any problems with our cats.
