Great service. Everyone truly cares about what they are doing. They are courteous and very knowledgeable.

Of all the vets we have ever been to the staff here is by far the
best and most caring. After weeks of trying to keep our dog comfortable with
medication we knew it was time. We have 9 other dogs but this one was special
to me. She and I just connected when we rescued her. As strange as it sounds
she seemed to know what I was thinking she was just special. This trip was an
incredibly difficult one for me anyone that has had to have a pet put downs
knows what I am talking about. I arrive before my wife and was put in an exam
room to wait for her. I was extremely upset in the fifteen mins. it took my
wife to arrive the vet tech. was in and out several times to make sure
everything was ok. The tech made sure everything was paid for in advance so
when it was over we could just leave. The last thing I wanted to do afterwards
was sign papers and pay. The vet came in and asked what we wanted to do we told
her it was time. The vet came back in we held her and they gave her the shot
and it was done. We were escorted out the back door and we left.
A few days later we received a card from the vet’s office. This was not a card
with their name stamped on it, it was actually signed by most of the personnel
and a few actually wrote notes inside. Maybe all vets to this I do not know but
these guys are special.
To all those people that complain about waiting past their appointment time try
to remember maybe someone is losing a pet or there is an emergency and the
staff is tied up with that.

Staff is friendly, accommodating and caring. Sometimes I wish the vets would spend a little more time with the pets but they are usually pretty busy.

Waited an extremely long time! two clients were served ahead of me that arrived after I did. Overheard cost dispute with other client. Have taken other pets there, and while the vets are good, the other staff is not so much. with the exception of Lois, she is fantastic. Moved to Toledo in the last year and feel vet prices/ boarding prices ( Which they do not offer) are VERY high.

They are outstanding. My neighbor also uses them and he has three dogs. It's an animal hospital so they also perform animal surgery but luckily we've never had to have that. They genuinely like my animal. The last vet we used didn't really care about the animals. They are very thorough. It is amazing how much cheaper they are to get all the immunizations than the last vet. Even the Front Line and Heartguard are cheaper than at the other place. I buy the Heartguard for the whole year. Everybody in the office is outstanding. They are amazing.
