It was amazing! My dog had her back leg amputated as a young pup and is very timid with new environments and people, but both the vet tech and vet worked slowly to win her I've. She was rolling over getting her belly rubs just a few minutes in. They took the time to check her over carefully while still giving her loving attention. I showed up 20 mins early to my appointment, but they were ready for me and I was actually in and out early. As a struggling grad student pricing is important to me as long as it comes with quality care, and that put this vet over the top for me! They work in age-range packages, so I was able to get the exam, blood work, vaccinations and a nail trim all for one price ($128) actually lower than I've ever paid before. They also had my preferred brand of heart worm preventative with a $40 rebate, so double plus for me! I will be returning to the practice for the remainder of my years in Toledo with both of my dogs.

Its clean and is large enough. The staff is friendly.

You get into the room and the staff is with you right away.

They are the best veterinarians. I would continue to use them in the future.

They were very good. They offered something that my regular vet did not offer and that was why I went to see them. I have no idea how much they charged me.

Throughout this entire ordeal the staff at West Suburban has been fantastic. They have answered all our questions, responded in a timely manner to after hours calls, have generally been able to schedule us for an appointment on short notice and generally responded to all situations. Our labrador is in excellent hands with the staff at West Suburban. Hopefully, we will never have to go through this again, but if we had to, West Suburban is our first choice.
