We Do It All LLC

From January - April 2009 We Do It All, owned by Jeremy Tillotson, rehabbed small rental homes for my company in Indiana and Ohio. Eventually I had to let him go after having continual issues with shoddy work costing me over $10k to come back and fix issues that I paid him for initially. I thought that this was bad enough. Our company bought and rehabbed houses all over the nation and Jeremy's company was hired to rehab the homes to a certain standard which in 1 case he submitted false pictures to be paid on a home that he did not even rehab. Unfortunately if got much worse when 6 months later I received a call from my bank informing me that my account was put on hold for suspicious activity. At which point I discovered that Jeremy had stolen our company credit card and been buying materials for his business. Over a 6 month period Jeremy and We Do It All stole nearly $80k which went largely undiscovered because they were labeled in accounting as material expenses. We pressed charges against Jeremy with Fort Wayne Police and are actively pursuing justice. Jeremy masks his fraudulent practices by professing his christian beliefs and talking about his donations to his local church. Watch out for this scam artist he is as bad as they get.
