Vince is an exemplary real estate agent. I found him using Angie's List in October 2008. I called him and arranged to view some properties the next day. I explained that I was looking for investment property, primarily a home to purchase, fix up, and rent. He showed me several houses that day and a few the next day. We didn't find anything during that visit that was in my price range and quality. When I returned in January 2009 he showed me more properties and I made an offer on a house (which was in extremely poor condition; basically I was purchasing the lot). He kept me informed during the process after I returned to Northern Virginia. I didn't purchase the property because after I raised my offer once it wasn't enough to be accepted and my second offer was as much as I wanted to pay for the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vince to anyone in the Toledo area in the market to purchase or sell property.

Great! I was in a new house (purchased below market price) while most of my old neighbors' houses are still for sale. I took Vince's advice on list price and my house sold a week later. When I bought my new house Vince encouraged me to offer less than I was thinking and the price I bought it for was less than what I wanted to put on my first offer!

The whole thing went very well. I was not Vince's quickest sale by any means, but throughout the process he was patient and never made me feel pressured to make an offer. He put me in touch with Brian Lambert of National City Mortgage and Dick Mays of First Capital Title Co. both were very professional and made me feel at ease during what I thought would be a very stressful time. Vince's knowledge of our local real estate market was key to negotiating my offer and saving me thousands of dollars on my final purchase price. However, following our initial meeting with Vince, we were so impressed with his genuine desire to help us find our perfect home, at the right price, that we knew he was the type of agent we could trust. Our instincts proved to be right, as he made himself available to us at our convenience, whether is was morning, afternoon or evening, weekday or weekend, and spent a great deal of his own free-time negotiating with other agents and resubmitting updated paperwork. We have recommended Vince to many of our friends and family. He made the home buying process stress free and fun, and was as excited for us as we were when we actually closed on our home.
