Total Pet Care

Everything was done well and quickly. They seemed to genuinely care about my pet.

My dog just passed a month ago. I thought she had the flu because our weather in Ohio has been iffy. She had cancer and we had to make a decision right then and there. The staff is outstanding, very compassionate, patient, understanding. I had no worries when I dropped her off that she would be well-taken care of. She was an older dog so they had the patience for her. I didn't worry about them pulling on her or mistreating her. I just felt really comfortable. I took her in and she couldn't walk. The way they cared for her and helped carry her in there. We just thought she had a bad case of the flu. She took a turn over the weekend, couldn't stand, couldn't hold down anything, just really lethargic, just really weak, just didn't look good. The way that they cared for her and treated her. They did the blood work because it was time for her annual checkup. They told us it was going to take about 15 minutes. They ran the test twice and told us that they had some bad news. I was like she's got the flu we are going to have to give her twice the medicine. Just the way that the carried themselves and respected our privacy. They gave us time to spend with her before we made any decisions to not take her home for 2 or 3 days. She had bone cancer. I just like the way that they carried it out and apologized. The way they were sorry. We had been going to them for about 14 years and we had a relationship. I just felt comfortable with them. I don't think they could have done anything differently. Had I known she was that sick we probably would have went ahead and euthanized her rather than run the tests to find out what was the problem. We were troubleshooting. Had we known we wouldn't have spent that money. I don't regret anything. She was a loyal dog. I felt that she was worth it. They are a little pricey but at the same time the care that she got I didn't care. I think they gave quality care. They took her right back when we came in. I absolutely would use them again.

Everything was on time and the move went smooth.

The doctor was helpful and positive. He thought our cat looked great at 13 years of age.

We have used Total Pet Care since we moved to the area. The staff is friendly and they do a great job grooming our 2 dogs.

It appeared they were a little disorganized. They appeared not to know why I was there.

They are friendly and they do a good job with the dog.

I was very pleased with the professional and friendly handling of my pets from the appointment call to pick up. My pets received a "Report Card" on their visit which was novel and informative. I would definitely return and recommend this business.
