Old furnace needed replacing, they were quick to respond, very professional and reasonably priced.

Service was clean and professional. Humidifier is level and there are no leaks from the water line tap. Finished install on schedule, gave an overview of operation and demonstrated how to change filter.

Total Comfort responded within minutes to my contact through Angie's List--I was very impressed with the quick response. The next day, someone came out to diagnose problem, and then the following day the repairs were made, after parts were acquired. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of everyone I spoke with/met. Will definitely hire again.

Things went perfectly. Scott came out same day I called and provided a written estimate. The estimate was HALF of what my usual (no longer) HVAC company said it would cost. He ordered the equipment and about a week his guys showed up right on time. Scott stopped by to give some venting options to make sure we were happy with how it looked from outside. Took 2-1/2 days (it was a difficult attic installation), they cleaned up and were out of here. Scott then stopped by again to inspect all of the work and explain the warranty. Excellent to work with!

Came right out. Discovered lighting issue and repaired. Recommended possible part and said he would get back to us in 2 days. Did not service furnace. He did not get back to us fir over a week. In the meantime we had phoned another company. They surviced furnace, oiled old part, and furnace is working fine.

They were able to come out the same day and fix the furnace.

It went very well ck. all parts made couple adjustments,cleaned out any dust or dirt on blower and wheel.Made adjustments to make furnace work has clean as possible also ck flue.Hats off for this company.

As far as I know, it went well. Could have been better with out comments from technician about the home owner not being present. Due to real life, I work 60 hours a week same as my spouse, we figured they didn't specify to be home so we assumed having my mother in law present was sufficient. Just could have left the comments to himself, it wasn't a repair or a complicated service call, just maintenance.

It went very well. I'll be calling them in the fall to clean the furnace.

The Engineer from Total Comfort did an AWESOME job. He took the trouble to address every item in the checklist that was sent to us. We needed a top up on the gas, which he carried out for us, and changed the A/C filter. Very thorough excellent job.

Service tech did a multi point inspection of the A/C. He checked both air handler and condensing unit outside. It all checked out. Tech was professional and knowledgeable.

Arrived a little late, but the office gave me a heads-up. Service was the most thorough I can recall for an a/c tune-up. Would not hesitate to use Total Comfort again.
