It went well. The only problem is that they now charge for this service and stated that they would apply the fee against the estimate which I was fine with. But they could not give me the estimate that very day. Okay. So they called the next day and gave me the estimate and they were extremely overpriced with it. So I won't be having the work done at this service center.

TOM'S TIRE and AUTO SVC are fantastic. I love those guys. Gosh, they're good. They are helpful, honest, they don't push anything at you that you don't need, and they provide honest suggestions about mandatory work, current work, or future work. Their pricing is very fair and they will even give you a ride to and from home even in the suburbs. TOM'S TIRE and AUTO SVC are people with real integrity including not treating me like a woman or using scare tactics. They also offer coupons and don't bad mouth the competition. I go to them for any major or minor car repairs.

We use them on a regular basis for all of our cars. They also do engine repairs. We trust them with everything. If they think we can get a better job someplace else for some specific repairs they always recommend them to us. They get the job done promptly. We almost always drop the car off without making any appointment and get it back within a couple of hours. I do not have price comparison.

We probably keep them in busy. We will drop our car off at the last minute and half of the time they can fix it that day and if not it's always in good timing. We take mine and my husband's vehicles as well as 3 of my kids. We go oil changes but they also fix whatever. My son had a 1972 car that they took out of storage 2 weeks ago and they got it running for him.
