I'm a contractor that specializes in insurance restoration based in Ottawa Lake, Michigan. The existing unit was smoke damaged. I worked with Kevin to replace it. While checking my jobs on Thanksgiving Day, I found two concerns and I emailed the office. Within minutes, Kevin called me!!! ON THANKSGIVING!!! I went by the job again today (Black Friday) and my concerns were being addressed!!! Crazy to think that there is another company out there that goes to great lengths for customer satisfaction! How could one not leave a great review?

A truly good experience.  Showed and explained the options and costs.  No pressure.  Provided cost estimate very quickly.  Scheduled the installation promptly.  Workers showed up on time and were very conscientuous and skilled.  All work was done with very high quality.  Clean-up was thorough.  We did about 75% of the house now and will complete the rest next Spring.  Without doubt, we'll use Toledo Window and Awning.
