SCAMMERS! HUSTLERS! SWINDLERS! DISHONEST! DISRESPECTFUL! Take your car to honest people who care and this place is not it! I took my car in to get whatever was going on fixed, paid for the highest diagnostic package, to know why my tires kept losing pressure, I wanted new tires and to get the car ready for winter so I didn't have issues with it in inclement weather. There's signs all over saying they do visual inspections... get expensive repairs made, paid in full. Leave and get pulled over for an out tail light!!!!! Nowhere did they tell me it was out bc they only half *** checked my car and "fixed" it with parts they charge multiple times their cost for. It never drove right after that and when they texted me the day after I told them it wasn't right but they didn't care, did nothing. Mere weeks later my serpentine belt breaks and they said oh well we said it was worn, so now apparently they expect $1,600 for repairs. Curtis on Monroe is rude and doesn't have common courtesy enough to not interrupt others while they're answering the question he just asked continuously cut me off while I was talking despite repeated attempts of him to stop and let me answer his question and to please stop talking over me and cutting me off while I'm politely and calmly, and eight feet from him try to answer the question he keeps asking bc he can't listen while he's talking over me. He calls himself the business's "partner" but I sure feel bad for whomever invested in this business only to have a condescending, lack of basic communication or respect having miserable man Curtis drive customers money away.

This was my first visit. I had been looking for a new auto service since my old one closed. The customer service at TAC is incredibly good. They told me they would be finished in 45 minutes and I was out in 35. Great waiting room with WiFi, phone chargers and cookies! Nice touches to show they care about the customer.

Very well. I have this preventive work done when I'm visiting my sister in Toledo. It's appreciably less expensive than having it done in Northern Virginia.

The service here is very good especially compared to other places that I have been to. They are very nice and they have a complimentary shuttle service. They had a lot of free little snacks and coffee. The shop was very clean and they offered free WiFi which is really nice.

It went very well. My husband is a retired auto mechanic who had his own shop so he is very hard to please. He was extremely pleased with the work and the general attitude and customer consideration.
The reason we were looking for an auto repair establishment was to fix a mistake made when we had new tires put on our truck. The person installing the tires stripped the threads on the stud. He told us to take it to the dealer to have it repaired and then bring it back so they could check the torque. The tire dealer called us bright and early the next day to make sure we were having the work done (I'm given to understand it has something to do with the warranty) and was being very insistent. My husband had made a few calls to the dealers and was quite angry by the time he was through. The earliest appointment available August 12th. The cheapest price $177. The last dealer was not even answering the phone. The tire store would not admit liability. Needless to say my "once in the business himself" husband was livid.
That's when I thought of Angie's list. I looked up "auto repair" and there they were. TOLEDO AUTO CARE. Years of experience and minutes from our house. Rating A and the only shop with an additional award. Made the call. Appointment--next day early morning. Price, between $35 tp $50. What my husband said when he came home was , We have found our auto repair shop. My husband is still talking about his appointment. He is possibley the worlds most critical person and he came away happy.

The company was able to diagnose both issues I asked them to address. It took two days to get this done but yes they did address them. During all of the delay they did find time to search my vehicle and let me know I would need $1700 additional in suspension work to make it safe. I am certain this search had something to do with me saying I was going on vacation soon and they saw the opportunity to "Up-sell" me unecesary services and parts. I finally get my van back after 5 pm on Friday. There was a noticible ticking sound in the drivers front wheel area that wasnt there before. After 3 miles the ticking abruptly stopped and the ABS light returned.I looked underneath and found the wiring cluster dragging on the ground. The store isn't open on weekends so I brought it back on Monday. I told them what had happend and they said it wasn't their fault. The ABS light had been fixed and tested prior to me getting the car back. They said there was so much corrosion that it fell out. It most certainly was pulled out of the wheel sensor by not being attached properly by the technician. It caught moving parts and was pulled out. This senario was never even considered by the store manager, instead they offered to put in a new wheel bearing at my cost. This cost was estimated at $275 not including labor.
So in the end my ABS light was back on because they broke it and refused to assist me. The $401 was for just the O2 sensor replacement a very high cost for them to break my car. I did end up getting the ABS light fixed at a cost of $168 by a different car repair store. This other store also said I needed ZERO suspension work.
This company has failed me, they seem to think that since they have previous high marks in success that my concern is not valid. The stores rates, parts cost and lack of customer service skills are all suspect and I would encourage any resident in Toledo to avoid them by all means necessary.

I was very pleased with the service. I called them and was able to get an appointment very quickly. I do work and school full time and so I am very busy, and they were very willing to work with me to find a time that fit into my schedule. They even gave me a ride to and from class so that I didn't have to miss any work or class to get my car fixed. The cost was very reasonable, they got the work done very efficiently, and my car has been running very well ever since, no problems. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again.

The brakes work fine so far. I have a 2 year warranty on them. Very courteous and very nice people. But the price was very high for my brakes.

I want to apologize that we did not communicate better to you concerning the previous brake repair and the squeak in the steering. The brake repair we performed was a complete service/repair on both the front and the rear brakes. This service included replacing the brake pads, brake rotors and servicing the calipers on both front and rear brakes. The brake pads where ceramic brake pads and the rotors were high quality rotors. This repair includes a 2year 24k mile warranty. As far as the squeak is concerned. The squeak was unrelated to any repairs we had performed on the steering system. The squeak was found in the steering column. The location of the squeak is why we recommended the manufacture inspect it for you. We appreciate your business."

.Service as usual was impeccable with TAC this time around. They call to ask before performing additional services. In this case rear tail light and air filter. They informed me of a oil change promo when I checked in that will get both of my cars done for a great price. Oil change, Air Filter, repair leak in rear tire, inspection, and break light replacement for ~$100.00. Jason, the Service Manager is awesome and explains every detail of your service during checkout. I never feel overcharged for services performed, and the work is timely and high quality. It's great to move in to a community and find such a great auto service provider on our first try. Thanks TAC!

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the great service provided at Toledo Auto Care. They always provide quick turn around for our fleet service vehicles. This very week we had two seperate instances of vehicle problems. The first one was an electrical problem that took the break lights out. The mechanics had that problem repaired very fast and our vehicle back on the road.
The second situation was more complicated. A blown tire had the vehicle sitting immobiized on the side of the road. In a panic I called Jason, the service manager, and he immediately took control of the situation. He had a tow truck there within 30 minutes, the tire replaced, and the vehicle back on the road within about an hour. Amazing!
I've been dealing with auto repair services for 25 years and Toledo Auto Care stands head and shoulders above their competitors. They are exceptional, not only at mechanical repair, but also customer service. The staff are always caring. They explain everything thoroughly regarding repairs performed, and always offer advice about any other potential issues.

I have used Toledo Auto Care exclusively for the past 7 years for all of my personal vehicle and business fleet service and repairs. They are always professional, prompt, and trustworthy. Gary Sr and Gary Jr are intricately involved in the day to day operation and I've always appreciated their personal attention and help.
