We've used The Pet Nanny of NW Ohio, LLC twice before and this time was the longest period (ten days).  They took care of our three cats and spent time with them.  The communicated with me via email and left detailed written reports for each visit. I highly recommend Lisa's service and will use them again in the future.

Lisa was very quick in getting back to me when I first contacted her.  She, or her husband, came in twice a day to feed the cats and deal with the litter boxes.  She spent time interacting with the cats and left detailed reports on each visit.  Her prices were quite reasonable and about standard for the level of service she delivered.  It was much cheaper than boarding the cats and much less traumatic for the animals.  I would definitely use her service again and have recommended her to friends.

Lisa did an excellent job in caring for our precious puppy. our dog recently passed away, and she was so kind enough to send us a card. without a doubt, she will care well for your baby as well.

We continue to use them to take care of our pets.  they let Daphne outside, walk her,  talk to her and will visit with the cat if they see her.  They have carried our garbage cans in on garbage day.
They answer all phone calls promptly.  they are very helpful and reliable.

They are fantstic! They give us detail on what they doing and how our pets are doing! They're great!

Prior to us leaving on vacation, Pet Nanny came to the house to meet the cats and review a form that we had filled out with information about the cats - likes, dislikes, toys, schedules, etc.  We were very pleased with Pet Nanny and will use them again.

They come as scheduled. Take excellent care of my animals.  They even bring in my mail and bring my garbage cans back.  They leave a note each time they come about the encounter, which is great. I will use them as long as they are in business and I have animals.

I am keeping them as my pet sitter of choice. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

lisa fed and cared for the three cats, cleaned litter, brought in mail, offered to clean (and did) any messes they made while i was gone, very thorough note taking, trustworthy adult. dealt with alarm system, offered to water plants, etc. great service and will use her again.they have been a wreck when i come home from trips lately, she gave them much attention so they were calmer and didn't "misbehave,"  thanks lisa!

We have been using Lisa's services for several years now. She makes herself available even at the last minute and never misses a scheduled visit. She is very trustworthy, and I have no problem having her enter my home when I am not there. She is very likable, and the animals enjoy her company. We never use the kennel anymore; Lisa's services are worth the extra money. She watched our animals just last week for spring break and, at our request, came three times a day. 

She left copious notes on her positive progress with our cats who are
not used to strangers.  They were both fine when we returned, glad to
see us, and behaving normally....not what they would have been in a
kennel.  We were completely happy with her service and will surely use
her services again.

They do a great job.  Very responsive and caring.  They also bring in the mail/paper and turn different lights on/off while we are gone to make it look occupied.  I love that they leave a detailed "journal" of activity while they are there for each day, including the cat's attitude, if they ate all their food, any behavior changes, etc.  We have a very unfriendly cat, so it is always amusing to read the daily reports on what her attitude was each day they came!!  We will definitely use them again.

Excellent service and care. 100% reliable. Extremely knowledgable and competent with all the special care our cat needed. Will use again whenever need pet sitting. Highly recommend.

We used the services of Pet Nanny from 5/8/12--5/12/12, while we were on vacation.  Sherry left a detailed report for each visit, on our dog and cat.  The price of $17.00 per 1/2 hour was a bit much, but it seemed to be the going rate for someone to come into our home and watch our pets.  They are insured and bonded and trained in emergency pet care.  The fee also includes taing out the trach, collecting the mail and paper and watering plants.  We were pleased with the service and we will use them again.

Lisa walks our 1 year old Weirmaraner twice a week around lunch time. Since we work all day, we like for him to be able to get out and get a walk while we're gone. Lisa is great with our dog. She came over to meet him and he took to her right away. She was very comprehensive in learning about our dog and explaining what services she would provide and how she would handle any emergencies or problems. Made us feel very at ease. The price of $16 a walk seems fairly reasonable for the services provided and the peace of mind. We intend to keep using The Pet Nanny for the foreseeable future.
