I went to the Holland location for a remote starter as a Christmas gift for my wife.
The manager (Dave) was patient and went through the different features of the various models.
I am soooo glad he took the time to explain things that seemed foreign to me, I got a real good deal on a remote starter that does everything she would want (door lock/unlock, trunk release, panic, starter) and also something I hadn't thought of ANTI-GRIND.
Gotta have that with my wife.......She doesn't break things on purpose, it just seems like Murphy's Law follows her around.
Anyway, they were able to work me in even though I was a walk in with no appointment. It was after closing that they finished up and the installer and Dave went through all the options with the car right in the parking lot. I left knowing everything was working good.
I gave my wife her present early (tired of starting the car for her), and its been great.
I would definitely recommend them.

They were good. They seemed professional enough but they installed pieces of gadgets for me that they did not really know how it works.They seemed not knowledgeable enough about whatever they were doing. They gave me the booklet until we found out how it works.
