Garage looks great and gutters are a perfect match. Went through h*** getting this garage built (review to be prepared soon for builder) so I was not expecting such great service after my dealings with the contractor for the garage. Restored my faith in people doing what they say they are going to do!

I called Mike on a Friday afternoon and he was at my house on Monday morning to give me an extimate for replacing the gutters and downspouts on my house. The existing gutters were original to the house (1967). He gave me an estimate and suggested several changes to make the system perform more efficiently. Add a downspout at each end of a 40 foot run of gutter instead of having one at just one end. He indicated that he would be here on Friday to remove he old system and install the new one. He arrived as promised and completed the job in about 5 hours. The final cost was what he had estimated. They also carefully cleaned all of the debris off of the lawn when they were done.

I was very pleased with his honesty from the beginning about the second gutter. I was pleased with how quickly he came out the second time to evaluate the problem and complete the job.

They did a very good job. They were very good and they never asked for any money upfront. They waited till the job was done and we approved it. I spent about $1400 for the job. They found a problem that we had. They told us about the problem before they put it on. They had to fix that before they installed the gutters. So, they did do that and they just didn't put it on. They did alert us about the problem and said that they had to fix the problem first. So, we did that, which was nice. Everything is good. I would use their services in the future too.

Very professional work, polite and fair, left the site neat. Showed up promptly and got the work done. This is a rarity in Toledo where I swear it takes at least 2 trips from service people to get a job done halfway right.

Mike called back promptly and made arrangements to come out assess the gutters for any damages. Since I had to work, he told me that he could call me on my cell with his assessment while he was at my house (so everything could get done at once). He called and mentioned a few problems that he could fix on the spot. I okayed the repairs and the price and he went to work. Mike called back when he was finished and told me what had been done. He also made some recommendations (for which he left a written estimate) for additional work that would make my gutter system more efficient. Very pleased with Mike's level of service and responsiveness.

The project went very well, with new gutters installed where none had been previously. Mike worked with me to help plan the PVC drain, assisted with a parts list, and was patient as we tried to get the right angles on the buried line. The gutters look, and work, great.

We choose Mike from Angie's List. Called him for an estimate. He was there next day to estimate job. We hired him. He called a few days later to say he was on his way. Mike and his employee were very professional. Performed all work in 2 days without any drama. We were very impressed and would never use anyone else for this work. Everyone on Angie's List should use Mike for gutter work. He actually charged us less than his estimate.

It took awhile to get a hold of them to do the work because they were busy. So I had to wait awhile but once they did they work, they did it well. The price was what they said it would be. Everything is working fine.

His quote was as much as $1200.00 cheaper than other estimates. Closest estimate was $350.00 more expensive. The job was done very well and I am extremely satisfied with the work.
