Cleaned, dusted, and washed everything that had dust and
dirt in the basement. Plumbing left the area a mess and I was very
pleased with the work the two people did., They went about their
business and cleaned in a very short time. I would recommend
them for this work as they did an excellent job.

We bought our house from an elderly woman who hadn't done much cleaning for a while. Sunshine came in for 3 days and they began cleaning. When we walked into the house after they finished, we couldn't believe it! They did a fabulous job and worked their hearts out!

I actually used this company quite a bit but started to continually have problems with time issues. Some days the team would show up (1) or (2) hours late (maybe more). No one would call to let me know and seemed uncaring when I called to check. Sometimes they would just NOT show up. Why? Because they got 'busy'?!!? I finally stopped using them b/c, on several occassions, I was charged and they hadn't even come. The money would always be refunded but it became too annoying and undependable.
