Now I know why they got such rave reviews here! Setting up the appointment went very smoothly and they showed up promptly. The sofa and carpeting looked brand new when they finished. We were very impressed!

Stoll Rug and Furniture cleaners were excellent. They completed our service of cleaning all our carpet in a total of seven rooms, stairway, and hallways. We split the job between two days, having upstairs done first and downstairs done the following week. They accommodated this request very nicely. The two technicians Rodney and Mark were fantastic. Did over and above what we ever expected. We had three estimates for our service but even though they were very slightly higher with estimate than other two companies we chose Stoll first because they are a local company and second the professionalism of Rodney and Mark conducting the free estimate. My carpet is almost 20 years old and I have them out about every six months for a cleaning.  They have done a fabulous job of removing stains!  They are always professional and very nice.

Overall, they showed up on time, cleaned the carpet and was able to get the stains out of the carpet.  They did a really good job.  They did a better job than another carpet cleaner that I used last year, and that company was not able to get those stains out.  Stoll's was able to get the stains out the carpet looks great.

Very, very well.   Two young men, one of whom is Jeremy Dustin, arrived promptly as scheduled.   Walked through the house while I showed them what I wanted cleaned.  They offered suggestions such as applying Scotch Guard.  I have two cats and, as they promised, clean up of the inevitable hairballs has been much easier.
As they completed each room they provided an update showing me stains that could not be removed and pointing out areas where a touch stain had been removed. 
Both gentlemen were courteous, respectful, efficient.  I was and remain very pleased with their service.   I am now planning on having them come back and clean my living room furniture as well as doing my carpet cleaning every six months.
