I have been going to Dr. Figy for about 10 years. He's very easy to work with. He makes me very comfortable and it seems he is very thorough when it comes to any diagnosis and treatment plan. I have always found his recommendations for specialists to be exceptional as well.

I really like her manners. She takes the time to explain things and she's genuine.

Got in with minimal wait time. Saw the doctor, who took some time to explain the causes and treatments with me.

It's easy to get in to see the doctor. You don't have real long waits. The doctors are very attentive and thorough. I just love the doctors over there. They're all great.

My appointments in this office always follow a similar pattern. The phones are answered promptly (no phone tree!) and appointments for sick visits are readily available, usually the same or next day if you are flexible on which doctor you see. The desk staff is efficient, and check-in paperwork is reasonable. The wait to see the doctor is really the only negative of the practice. I often sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes to a half hour, then sit in the exam room for another 15-30 minutes. The nurses are quiet and seem somewhat stressed at each visit, although I've found in getting to know them over the years (very stable staff) that they are friendly once they know you. Dr. Barmann is very generous with her time once it is your turn to be seen. She listens to your full explanation of symptoms, and answers questions without making you feel silly for asking. She is willing to order tests and meds when needed, but is also accepting if you prefer to monitor a condition before rushing into treatment. She is very friendly and talks about more than just your current medical condition (which probably explains the waiting room delays). Test results are always called or mailed as promised, and med refills are handled quickly. I have been very pleased and find that Dr. Barmann's care is worth waiting for.

The wait was long but they were busy and I did get a same day appointment. I even had to wait in the examination room for a while! Once the doctor came in it was in and out!

Staff is very rude!!!!

My doctor there is really good. She takes her time with patients and explains everything. She has been in the field forever and she knows everybody. She knows to where to point you for a good specialist. The only downside is, she is always behind schedule because she takes time with her patients.

She is wonderful! She listens to what you have to say and then explains things so that you can understand it. She never seems like she's in a hurrry like some other doctors. I've been in to see her for at least 6 mysterious ailments over the last 8 years and she's diagnosed them all and has always been right. I'm very picky. (For example, I'm going on my 4th dentist!)
