Servpro was wonderful!! They came out to our home right away and we were so relieved. They explained everything to us that they would be doing as we had never been through anything like that before. They were very professional and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves as well! We did not have to worry about the sanitation portion of this process as they took care of everything. I sure hope our basement never floods again, however, if it does, I sure will call Servpro!!!!
