He was about 20 minutes late, but he called an hour earlier and told me he was running behind. Once there, he and his assistant went right to work. There was minimal fuss, no mess at all and 90 minutes later my door was installed along with the new knobs and locks. The two worked quietly and very well together. I doubt I'll need another exterior door, but if I ever need more in-depth wood repair, I'll call him first.
