ROWE COLLISION

Rowe was wonderful to work with.  They made the entire process easy, communicated well and did excellent work in a timely manner.  After our vehicle was damaged in a hit and run, they handled every detail with care (including orchestrating getting the pinstripe hand painted back on).  They will be our first choice if we ever need body work done again.  Thank you!

Provider came out, looked very carefully at the little Toyota Prius C that has about 5 extremely minor dents from car door hitting it in a parking lot. Also a 1-2 and quot; long scratch thru the paint in three places on the rt rear part that goes over the wheel. We wanted these fixed.
He put the information into his computer and printed out an estimate of $1147.95, which included $871.19 in labor. We immediately went to another Angies list provider from there and the estimate was one-half that amount!
My husband was sorry we even went to Rowe for the estimate. He said he will not be going back. Evidently they have enough business that they did not need ours. We did not tell either establishment that insurance was not involved. We are paying out of our own pocket for this.

I don't know why you asked me to review this provider. I have never used their service.
I am beginning to lose faith in this web site. As much as I would like to earn $5 - this is the SECOND time I'm telling you. I did not use Rowe Collision!!!

Rowe did an excellent job, very professional. I had a brake problem after the work was supposedly finished and they followed up to correct the brake problem. My only quibble is that they missed by a substantial amount of time the completion deadline that they had given.
