They advertise 24 hour service and that they can be out in 1 hour.  It took them 5 hours on a Wednesday morning to return my call.
I found that unexceptable and called Tim's plumbing, he was here, fixed my problem and was gone by the time they returned my call.

Brian came out in less than an hour and did an excellent job. Everything was done fast. He explained everything he did and spent a lot of time explaining how to prevent backups from happening in the future. Would recommend him to anyone.
