Ernie Rollins was doing concrete and masonry work for a neighbor, who recommended him. We agreed to some work and his crew immediately tore up existing concrete. Many promises were made to finish the work over the next two months. The outside of our building was a mess. The work was basically completed, but is pretty shoddy. After he finished, we discovered that he had not paid the crew in weeks. We paid them all off to avoid liens. He pulled off the neighbor's job without finishing and kept $2,000.00 he had been paid for material. Ernie Rollins and his son, Will Rollins, both scammed us on work performed. His crew can tell stories of other scams on other people, although they do not stay with him very long because he does not pay them.
