Toby stayed at Pup's Paradise and he had a wonderful time! They cared for him, let him play w the other dogs and treated him like their own!

While my dog seems happy to stay when I drop him off, the last two visits, he has come home with injuries which were not mentioned to me by staff when I picked him up. The first time he seemed to have a sore paw and was limping which went away by itself in a day or two. The second time he came home with a slipped knee joint in his back leg which required a vet visit, meds and over a week of rest. Fortunately it healed on its own but if it happens again, it will need surgery so I can not risk a return to this type of boarding. He is a toy dog and I think the other dogs may be too rough and tumble for him and the floors inside seem to be slippery. Also some of the dogs placed together may be too big for a toy breed.

Everyone there is so nice! The whole building is very clean and doesn't smell like dog at all. I love that they have web cams set up so I can check up on my dog and make sure he's behaving! Being able to watch him play with other dogs really puts my mind at ease and holds employees accountable for the well being of my dog which is very reassuring that he is in good hands! Its always nice to see the employees interacting with the dogs too! I love that the dogs are not just shoved in a pen and ignored all day He always comes home exhausted which is awesome! Every time I drop him off he pulls me to the door as if he can't wait to get in and play!

We take our dog a few days a month to the daycare just to let him play with other dogs and get some energy out. We have always been very happy using Pups Paradise ! They will feed him if we bring some food and hes always happy and worn out when he comes home! I love the webcams so I can see him during the day while Im at work!

We have been so pleased. The employees are very positive and wonderful with animals, the facility is VERY clean, and our pup comes home happy and tired. They have "pup cams" on their web site so you can wath your dod play during the day. Pets are always supervised when in groups.

My puppy can barely contain herself when we get to Pups Paradise...she can not wait to get inside and play. I recently took her there for overnight boarding as the family she usually stays with we're also out of town. The accommodations are outstanding - no kennels, and she got to take her bed and toys with her for her stay. While I hate to leave her I felt good about taking her to Pups and would certainly do so again.

My dog stayed there for over a week when we were on vacation. They post photos on Facebook and even have "pup cams" so that we could check up on him. By looking at the photos, we could see he was enjoying himself. The only problem was that I had wanted him to have a bath before pick-up, and due to some employee situation, they hadn't bathed him. But, the owner made sure to do right by us and gave him a quick bath and nail trim on the house.
