Called to arrange in-home estimate. Was firm with my expectations of medium priced, double-hung windows. Little attempt to up-sell. Estimate was provided in detail and agreed to the job. Required 1/3 down with balance due upon job completion. Installer (1 person) arrived on time and completed nearly 7 windows in one day. Returned next day to complete the job. Installed aluminum around window frames and caulked all windows. Looks great. Cleaned up job site and was very courteous to those in the home. I would recommend this company to others.
