"Mr. [removed member name], The roof that was repaired was installed in 2001 and was past the 10 yr. workmanship warranty. That being said it would be typical that there would be a charge for a repair that was needed after that window of time.My records show the Invoice was $850.00 and you agreed to pay $425.00 for the repair that was made. However, It is apparent that communication on our end was not clear and left you feeling upset. This is not the way we want a customer to feel. We apologize for the lack in communication."

"There was no record of a service call from the customer in our computer in regards to the roofing concern. A representative from the company inspected the roof and noticed a small line of roofing that was raised near the edge, otherwise the remainder of the roof we replaced is secure and looks very nice. We did contact the homeowner to confirm this was the issue that caused the concern. The repair will be completed by the end of next week 5-9-14. We apologize for the lack of communication with our customer. We appreciate the notification from the customer to prevent this from happening in the future. Every customer is important and valuable to our Company."
