My floors look like new. Matt painted out five grout colors to choose from. The work was done perfectly. There was nothing to clean. They even moved the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Not one drop of paint where it didn't belong. By painting the grout rather than sealing it the grout will stay nice for a very longtime, rather than sealer which yellows and lasts only 1-3 years. The price was the same quoted to me for cleaning and sealing by other contractors.
