Professional installation done with excellent communication. All employees polite and easy to work with. Installers pleasant and knowledgeable.

They were excellent. It's nice that they now have a designer to assist in planning and coordinating colors. They are reliable, ordered my carpet for me, and everything happened on time. Allowed me to select a different track as a transition between floor tile and carpeting with no additional cost. Everything happened as planned, they have a large variety and selection to choose from.

Modern Floors did an excellent job - crew was terrific. Completed the job in 2 days instead of 3 they originally estimated. I am still enjoying the new look, 2 months later.

I was looking to replace kitchen, living dining room, up the stairs flooring. Rick Knight of Modern Floor suggested

and the 3 man crew put down vinyl in the kitchen,laminate in the dining living room and carpet up the stairs. Job was done in a day and a half. I saved over 50% over what a major chain had quoted. Rick's suggestions helped me save on product but still keep quality. The crew was punctual, professional, and completed the job to my satisfaction.

They were timely, efficient, and very clean. They were cautious of our woodwork and walls when removing the old carpet. They even recycle the old carpeting and pads rather than throw them in a dumpster. The owners personally answered my phone calls. Modern Floors is a very professional, experienced firm that I can recommend to anyone needing flooring.

After shopping different flooring stores, I went to Modern Floors on referral through my decorator. I was very happy with the assistance that I received from "Rick" , he was very knowledgeable about the different types and characteristics of carpet and recommendation of what would work best. The time frame from start to finish was very good. Their installers were top-notch, very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Everything was really good. He was on the spot and did the work as he said he would do it. When there were issues we discussed them and he came up with the options to get it done. I would use them again.

The installation was flawless. No scratches anywhere. The installers removed their shoes when coming inside and laid mats down so the carpet wouldn't scratch the floor when they brought it in. I was please with the entire process from choosing product, measuring, and installation. I highly recommend.
