About us

Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning specializes in residential home heating and cooling service and installation. We have been locally owned since 1965. We are a Factory Authorized Dealer for Bryant. We are also members of the BBB and the Toledo Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors Association. If you need a heating or cooling system replacement we offer free estimates and take the time to find out what you want out of your comfort system. We do this by discussing the comfort issues in the home and then properly measuring the home for system sizing. We, of course, provide this service free of charge. We maintain a professional staff of installers that focus on quality and cleanliness. Our installers average 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Our company recognizes that air conditioners always seem to fail on the hottest day of the year or furnaces on the coldest day of the year. We want to make sure that you have access to a service technician on those days. We have a service department that is separate from our installation department. Our service technicians are North American Technician Excellence (NATE) members. The bottom line. Great company.  Great people.  Great service.  My father and I had, at one time, 28 single family homes as rental properties and we tried literally dozens of HVAC companies before finding Maumee Valley about ten years ago.  Top flight in every way.

Maumee Valley Heating and Air were extremely professional.  The owner was responsive to my request for an estimate and was flexible about meeting times.  He personally came to inspect my house to provide the estimate.  All of the other workers were polite and professional.  The job was completed on schedule and on budget.  We have had no issues since its installation.

They are a wonderful family owned company. They come every spring and fall and service my air conditioner. They put in my new air conditioner and furnace. We have used them for years. They come out yearly and check my air conditioning. Everybody in my family uses them. I am not sure of the price, i have a contract with them. Their service people are wonderful. They are knowledgeable.

The system worked well for the cold weather and we will see how it works in the summer. Chris the owner of the company did a great job. He is very professional and seems interested in pleasing the customer. He gave me references to call and see how his work has turned out with other customers before the work took place. I played supervisor and made sure everything was going to be done the way that I wanted and I only had to make one recommendation on what I wanted done the rest they did as I would have done myself. Gave a B for quality only because of some very minor flaw in the pvc piping that I had to go back and redo myself but it really would have been ok to most people but I am very picky and it anoid me every time I saw it and heard it. but overall very pleased
