The whole team was professional and easy to work with. The price was reasonable and they even offered to match the price from other quotes. They provided a cell phone # for after hours sales questions. They were knowledgeable of the products they sell and made recommendations that made sense to us. The ability to control the thermostat from my smart phone was worth the $85 add on price.

Jim the repairman came out and was very polite and professional. It was a midnight emergency call after we called the gas company and they said there was a leak and shut off service. Jim was able to come out within the hour after a big snow storm the previous days. He assessed the problem but unfortunately did not have the part that night to replace it. He came back the next morning with the part and repaired the leak within an hour. Lucky for me the part was under warranty. I paid about what I expected to for emergency service.

The service rep conducted work professionally. Showed the burnt wires that needed to be replaced on the compressor. Walked me thru the diagnostic testing points as he was performing them. The test and inspect service was also done on the furnace as well as the cooling equipment. He performed the work within 1-1/2 hours.

We received a Valpak coupon for Mand M and were in need of an A/C tune-up on our recently purchased home. We contacted Mand M and were given an appointment between 1-5pm for an upcoming date shortly before the major heat of June/July.
On the scheduled date, I waited until 5pm and there was no sign of the technician or phone call from anyone letting us know that he/she was running behind. Therefore, I called the Mand M office at 5:15 to check on the status of our call only to be informed that they were unaware we had an appointment. I understand that these things happen, so I just offered to reschedule for another date.
After setting up another date for service, the scheduler called me back about 10 minutes later to ask if I still needed assistance that day. I told her that the rescheduled time would be fine for us and there was no emergency. Immediately after I got off the phone, the technician showed up in our driveway and said that he was there to repair our A/C unit, but that it would be $100/hour because it was after hours. I told him that I only needed a cleaning and that I had an appointment that was for 1-5, so I would not pay that rate.
Due to the confusion, I called the Mand M office the next day and wanted to confirm that they had our correct information for the rescheduled visit. It turns out that they did not. They had our phone number attached to another individual's account and address. They also had us scheduled for a service we did not request. Needless to say, it was a bizarre mix-up.
When the tech finally did arrive on the rescheduled date, he showed up shortly before 5pm and indicated that our a/c unit was leaking and would likely need replaced. Therefore, he set up another appointment (again about a week later) to come out and repair the unit. When he came back, he ran a quick test and determined that the problem was not the evaporator coil (as he had expected), but was in a connection on the back of the outside unit. He fixed that, then cleaned the system as intended (despite having us worried that we were going to have make a major budget shift to account for the cost of resoldering, etc.).
We were happy it was a far less expensive issue and that our a/c unit worked great all summer long. However, we were not as satisfied with the run around we received from a seemingly disorganized office.

Circuit board blew out on my 20+ year old furnace. I was still able to heat the house by tricking the system into turning on so I was NOT without heat and I was NOT in an emergency situation. Just clarifying that Mand M did NOT leave me without heat. They did everything they could to help me out. If I remember correctly everything could have been rushed but it would have cost more and I didn't need it that badly.
It took a couple days to get the new circuit board and it was installed as expected.
Price seemed a bit high but maybe not, I'm not really sure, therefore a B on the price. Otherwise everything was perfect.

They were out within a day of our call and submitted a price within a day after. That was a shock because we had multiple people out and because of the size of the job we never heard from them again or the bid came weeks after the visit at a much higher price. The whole team was VERY professional on all levels. The men who came to the house spent the whole week working and installing and both made me very comfortable though the whole process. They explained everything to us and worked with us in every way. We highly recommend them!!
