They showed up on time, had enough crew to quickly complete the project and did a good job. We had a problem with one window. Lowe's immediately contacted Pella and Pella replaced the defective window.

They are really good. I hated the fact that right after I bought it it went on sale and they wouldn't do anything for me on that. They did the delivery so that was fine.
