"Thank you for your review, however, when we went to our database to check your job order, we did not find you in our system. I believe you may have had another Chem Dry franchise do your work. Lake Chem Dry prices by the sq. ft. and only charges for the actual areas being cleaned. We quote the job price based on the dimensions our customers give us and then we confirm all pricing with our customers before starting a job. There is never an obligation or charge for service if a customer decides not to have work done. In the 33 years we have been in business, this rarely occurs as we are priced very competitively with our competition. Also, did you have any added services such as carpet protector, deodorizer or sanitizers? These are priced separately. Chem-Dry franchises are independently owned and operated and prices can vary from state to state and city to city. I was pleased to see that you were satisfied with the quality of your cleaning.
