I called four wallpaper hangers and Patti was the first to return the call. She gave me a rough estimate over the phone and agreed to do the job within the next week. She called a couple of days later with an opening in her schedule, but that time didn't work for me. She then called again and set up an appointment two days earlier than first promised. She showed up pretty much on time, reviewed the job with me, and pointed out some wall prep that needed to be completed to ensure a smooth finish on the 1948-era walls. I agreed and she did the work in less than 4 hours. The bill was a bit higher than the estimate, but with all the wall prep, that was perfectly acceptable to me. Patti was professional and very easy to work with. Would call her again in a heartbeat.

The whole experience with Patti was great. I initially called her in about a month ago to help us with wallpaper removal, but we then decided we just wanted to get new wallpaper! She was great during the consultation. The work she did is immaculate which is very impressive because we basically destroyed the wall underneath trying to do it ourselves. I would definitely use her again in a heartbeat!

Patti had papered my small bathroom several months before. The paper had a deep chocolate background and was papered onto uneven, old plaster walls. Prior to hanging the paper, Patti had prepared the walls as well as she could. Long story short, the seams of the paper were showing as the paper dried. Patti quickly responded to my call, came to my home, and tried several things to fix the problem. Because Patti is the supreme professional and has a desire to please the customer and uphold her company's reputation, she re-ordered my paper and stripped and rehung the new paper at no charge. The job is perfect and completely seam-less! My feeling is that the paper, although expensive, was imperfect in some way. I KNOW for a fact that it was not Patti's fault, so I feel she went way above expectation to make us happy. I would recommend Patti and her company to anyone and would be proud to have my name attached to her company's reputation.

We had a small job which required a lot of coordination due to timing in a kitchen remodeling project. I got Patti's name from one of my subs. along with a recommendation from a friend. From the beginning of the project to the end, Patti was professional and flexible and willing to work within my time requirement. Her skill in wallpapering is evident in her final product.
