Joe Fundermyer was a builder and was recommended by my realtor.  He is amazing.  He is phenomenal.  His pricing is excellent.  I have everything done from basement leaking to painting to retexturing and rebuilding.  His problem solving skills are fabulous.  He works for me every day; he is still here.  I create new projects because he so good and inexpensive also that there is a lot of things I need done.  He is working for a couple of hours, everyday.  I spend per job.  My honey-do list and things that I create on a daily basis that irritate me are ridiculous and he handles them beautifully.  He is about $14 to $15 an hour.  For the gutter job, yesterday, he figured out a way to reroute my gutters for them to drain in the front.  I have false drain hose.  They are not working and they don’t go anywhere.  So, it was backing into my basement and he rerouted the gutters.  Somebody drove through the guardrail and took out my fence; he fixed them.  There is always something happening.  It is an old house and I have a lot of little projects or things I want redone.  My bathroom was filthy, all of it, the ceilings, walls and floor tiles were filthy.  We figured out everything that I wanted he did it.  The tiles that he did looks amazing, one can’t even tell it was ever so horrible.  He painted the floors in our downstairs bathroom.  There is nothing he cannot do.  Every project I have given him, he has been able to handle fully and beautifully.  I have probably spent about $12000 with him so far.  My experience has been amazing.  He is awesome.  He is on time, efficient and just fabulous.  I like his personality.  It was who he was as a person that impressed me the most.  I used three or four different people before him to see if l liked their speed, accuracy and their efficiency and I was unimpressed.  Joe was able and he was funny.  He has a personality, which says he has whatever I want and that nothing matters.  If it is not going to work, he will tell me how he thinks would be more efficient.  It is usually cheaper his way.  Everybody else’s bid on these projects were way higher than his bid.  Joe has been with me since June, he is like family at this point.  I would continue to use him.  He does emergency calls too.  He has even showed up in the middle of the night when a hose in the basement busted and I had water flying everywhere.
