Jennite was prompt in providing me with a free estimate and for getting us on the schedule. They communicated well when rain interfered with the scheduling date and did the work as soon as possible. The work looks great!

I called too late last fall to get this done.  They asked me if I wanted to be put on the list for this spring.  I said that I did, they came out and left an estimate.  They did call me in the spring to see if I still wanted the service as they promised.
They called a few days before, scheduled the service and showed up when promised.

Overall I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work performed and customer service of Jennite. The initial work was done in October 2014 and roughly 25% of the material peeled up. Calls were made in April 2015 to get on the schedule and I was told that the soonest the work could be done is June. Called again in June and was told that it would be done by the end of the month. Had a crew randomly stop by my house unannounced to begin cleaning off the old materials to conclude that it was going to take more than a quick power wash to fix the issue. Finally, in July they were able to come out to my house to power wash and a week later I still don't have a clear idea of when the job will be done. The only thing I have to show for their work is a partially sealed driveway and a backyard cluttered with my kids playthings that I've had to move twice off of the driveway. If I was looking for a job that couldn't get carried through to completion I would have done this myself.

They pulled up all the old stuff and redid the whole black top. We have used them before.

Great, as always

The crew showed when they were scheduled and removed my old driveway. They were careful about my sprinkler heads. When the new driveway was installed they partially covered a sprinkler head. When I called, the salesman came right out to fix it. That night, it rained and in the morning, I discovered a large puddle in the middle of the driveway. I called and within 2 days a crew was back out to fix it. Unfortunately, the patch is obvious. Also, a second sprinkler head got in the way of the patch.

My experience with them was excellent. They replied to my inquiry. He came out here and gave me an estimate on the spot. They came back and did the job within two weeks time. They did an excellent job and I'm very happy with them.

I will use them again in the future.

They did not require money upfront.  They were excellent.  They were quick to do the job.

They are very efficient and it is working out well.

It was quite expensive. I was hoping to get a much better job than I could get locally, but it was about the same. I had to call them back to retouch a couple of spots, which they did.

Our experience with Jennite Company was very positive. Not only with the generous follow up service to make the job right but also with the original paving job.
