As stated, my spa was leaking. The first repairman came out in the winter. He told me that he had to get under my built-in spa to fix the leak. As it was winter, I could not empty the spa. I had to wait several months until it warmed up enough to drain. Then I had to get four friends to help lift the rather heavy spa and remove it outside from the sunroom. When I called back for a repairman, the company sent someone else. This person told me that I did not have to take the spa out as all it needed were new water jets. Of course these had to be ordered. In the mean time, I had to get four people again to lift the spa back up four stairs into the sun room, damaging the sunroom door and the side of the spa. In addition to all this unnecessary work, I lost the spa for several months of use because of the first repairman.
