It was completed quickly and professionally.

Very good. The plumber found that a bushing was leaking so replaced it with a higher quality one.

They came out right away and diagnosed the problem. Needed to return with parts and an assistant on another day. Other than the heavy rains and flooding emergencies they had to deal with, the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We will use them again for plumbing issues.

Howard's replaced the switch to my well pump.  from that point on every time the pump went on the lights in our house flickered and about 4-5 times a day the breaker for the pump switched off.  I attempted on numerous occasions to call Howards and literally could not get them to answer my call.  no answer and i could not even leave a voicemail - no voice mail came on.  I finally got them to answer my call days later by calling from my work phone.  i am guessing that he answered that time becuase he couldn't identify who was calling.  I told him what was going on and that all the new symptoms started when he put the new switch in.  he came over and refused to consider that he had put in a bad switch.  he told me that several othger things needed to be upgraded in my system, that had worked fine for years.  He steadfastly refused to consider that he put in a bad switch, even though the new symptoms started when the switch was put in.  He left my house the second time stating that a bunch of stuff had to be replaced that he would call me.  he ended up calling two weeks later.  in the mean time, the problems continued until finally the water completely shut off.  So we were without water for a weekend.  So i called another company who came out that day, diagnosed the problem as being a bad switch and replaced it, and evrything is fine.  I called Howard's plumbing to tell them that i had to get someone else to replace the bad switch he put in and i told him that i thought he needed pay me back the original $111.70 i paid for him to come in and put in the bad switch.  He said "well that ain't gonna happen."
To recap: they put in a bad switch, wouldn't answer my calls when i tried to report the problems caused by the bad switch, when they did come over wouldn't consider the possibility that they put in a bad switch and told me some other parts needed to be replaced, told me they would call back to set up an appointment, and then didn't call back for two weeks, knowing about the flickering lights and failing breaker.  finally their switch toally failed and was replaced by another company.  when confronted about me having to have someone else replace their bad switch and when asked for a refund, his response: that ain't gonna happen.  My advice would be to not use them.

He is very reliable and everything always goes well. Scheduling went well and he came out first to give an estimate. He was able to come out quickly afterwards and the job only took about 10 minutes to complete. He had to special order the part for us and called to let me know when it had arrived and kept me informed along the way.
